AWS in India. Backups: Daily.
Encryption
In transit: HTTPS using TLS 1.2 or higher. At rest: Sensitive fields encrypted at the application level using AES-128-CBC with HMAC-SHA256 authentication (Fernet).
Access control
Role-based access across agency, client and business levels, with admin and viewer roles. Pro adds advanced roles.
Audit trail
Audit logs at agency and client level record who did what, and when.
Single sign-on
SSO for agency and client accounts through Auth0 by Okta and Microsoft Entra ID.
Data retention
Data is retained for 30 days after expiry of the active subscription plan.
Your Google data
Connecting Google Analytics and Search Console is optional. The free audit works from your domain alone.
